Every day, go online and look at what’s trending in your industry. Trends change with seasons, tastes, a popular event, a festival…there are many factors. Your social media campaigns should be relevant with whatever is trending right now, so that people respond and engage better. Hence, keeping an eye on upcoming trends, or those that may soon take off, is another important part of your social media checklist.

Create upcoming content

Another good practice of social media marketing is to create the next day’s content today. Or even 2 days in advance. Coming up with ideas for posts on the fly isn’t easy, and you also need to create posts other than for your campaigns to keep users engaged at all times.
